27 years in the real estate industry. Doug is the founder of Douglas Hill Companies LLC, building distinctive custom homes across southern New Hampshire since the late 1990s. A licensed Realtor with Keller Williams Metropolitan in Bedford, NH, he blends deep construction and real estate expertise into the AI realm.

Bill Cava

Founding Partner & Technologist

A technology executive and entrepreneur with deep AI/ML experience. Bill is CEO of Generative Labs, a boutique AI agency, and co-founded Orbita.ai, a VC-funded startup bringing conversational AI to healthcare enterprises like Mayo Clinic and Pfizer. He leads 9GAI's technical strategy.
